On the 11th and 13th of October Blackwood Fire came to CBTC to and provided

FIRE EXTINGUISHER TRAINING COURSE

1. REGISTRATION AND INTRODUCTION

2. GENERAL DISCUSSION ON EXTINGUISHERS

3. VIEWING OF VIDEO FILM "GET OUT - STAY OUT"

4. DISCUSSION OF VIDEO RE: YOUR PREMISES AN OTHER POINTS

5. OUTSIDE FOR "HANDS ON" USE ON LIVE FIRES

6. FIRE MARSHAL TRAINING

7. CONCLUSION

The fire simulator which try used is totally environmentally friendly, run entirely on Calor Gas which leaves no mess, but provided the benefits of using all the extinguishers to gain confidence to put out all the different classes of fires.

Certificate of theory and practical use of fire extinguishers were sent to all participants .
