The design of Cardiff Business Technology Centre (CBTC) reflects the concept of knowledge transfer linking business and technology, university to industry.
The accommodation can be adapted for a wide range of applications/business uses with individual units available from 142-777 sq ft that can be leased in multiples up to a maximum of 3,000 sq ft.
From single or combined units, CBTC provides businesses with a high degree of environmental comfort and control.
The standard accommodation comprises:

Virtual Office Services
The ‘Virtual Office’ service at CBTC offers a prestigious business address, telephone, fax and post handling service plus access to the buildings meeting rooms and other facilities.
Virtual office is available to new start or pre start technology businesses that meet the centre’s general entry criteria, and also to companies that provide relevant business support services. Start-up companies could use the service as the first stage in becoming a possible tenant at a later date.
Virtual office is available on two different levels:
Level 1
Level 1 provides a Cardiff postcode business address in close proximity to Cardiff University and services including post, parcel and fax handling, use of a fax, photocopier, document binder and other administrative equipment, plus the hire of conference and meeting rooms at preferential rates.
Level 2
This provides Level 1 services plus the use of a communal telephone line and associated phone answering / messaging service.
