The Board also operates entry criteria to ensure the Centre continues to deliver its economic development objectives.

Criteria against which prospective tenants are considered are as follows:-

bullet_red_small_biggerTenants should be new start or developing knowledge-driven and/or technology based small firms.

bullet_red_small_biggerThe firms should have existing or potential linkages to the higher education sector.

bullet_red_small_biggerThe firms should have a viable Business Plan and should have a target of developing from the relevant Centre to new premises within 3-5 years.

bullet_red_small_biggerTenants should be able to demonstrate that they will benefit from the supportive environment provided by the location, accommodation and related services.

All applications for entry will need to be supported by a completed application form(below) and a viable Business Plan.
